Teas to Promote Deep Restorative Sleep

Most people understand that sleep is an important component to a Happy, Health Energized life…that understanding can be part of the frustration of sleepless nights! I feel that having an array of helpful teas for sleeping peacefully on hand is necessary because if you need a sleep aid, Convenience is key.

Teas for relaxing prior to sleep or bouts with insomnia are:

  1. Chamomile
  2. Lavender
  3. Skullcap
  4. Valerian
  5. Hops
  6. Lemon Balm
  7. Lion’s Mane
  8. Reishi
  9. Motherwort
  10. Mugwort
  11. Moringa

It may be helpful to try each alone so you know how they affect your sleep first, then try mixing 2-3 together then mix it up. Sleep peacefully and be well!
