One of my favorite activities of the day is checking in with how I’m feeling then choosing my tea to bring me into optimal balance. I have an outstanding array of teas to choose from and often recommend teas to people who tell me how and where they feel out of sorts. Tea just lifts the mind, body, and spirit! It’s fun and satisfying on many levels to watch the upliftment happen for others as I’ve felt it so many times within myself.
As a starting place, I’d like you, my reader, to know of some very beneficial herbal teas to think about having on hand for their wonderful benefits.
NETTLE TEA :

The nettle leaves are nutrient dense containing many vitamins and minerals. Some of these are B vitamins along with vitamins A.C,D,E and K as well as beta carotene. The mineral list is even longer…iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, selenium, manganese, sulfur, silica, phytonutrients, chlorophyll, polyphenols, lignans, sitasterol, and antioxidants.
