Brain health is a pet project for me. I’ve spent the better part of the last 3 years helping my grandson gain access to proper brain function, repair his nervous system, and correct structural problems all caused by a severe B-12 deficiency brought on by veganism.
First let me just say, the vegan lifestyle has negatively affected my family as well as a significant number
of friends and acquaintances. If you feel the desire to enter that program, please talk to enough people who have been doing it for 7-10 years, knowing full well that who you will be talking to may be brain damaged. They will often be people who can rattle off how stupid anyone who isn’t vegan is, while not knowing they are emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually damaged. Also look at the statistics from 1975-2018 on child autism, neurological disorders, brain damage, and structural problems as well as failure to thrive. For me, I can say that there is not enough research done by a person choosing veganism.
The brain needs fat – animal fat to function optimally. Good sources are beef tallow, bacon fat, omega 3 from small fatty fish like anchovies, sardines, and mackerel as well as butter and ghee, MCT oil provides healing medium chain triglycerides known to heal brain and nervous system conditions. The brain also responds best when brain lymph drains properly. A very necessary thing to note about optimal brain function is detox of heavy metals that are breathed in, eaten, drank and in other ways ingested through the skin.
Detox is recommended for heavy metals in cases of brain fog, forgetfulness, lethargy, depression, insomnia and lack of ability in focus. Gold infused water helps protect the brain honing focus and silver lined beanies are a great recommendation for those who work with computers, cell phones, wifi and other damaging frequencies.
