Avoiding Jet Lag

I met with a long time client who was involved with a world wide business.  He came in for a regular treatment as his way of staying in balance.  As we were talking during his session, I asked how he was and what he was up to.  He explained that he was a little concerned about what he had scheduled for his next few days of work.  He was scheduled to fly from Denver to a European country on Monday to meet with business associates on Tuesday. Then he was to fly in, then drive back on Wednesday to be ready for his work commitments to finish out the week.  He chuckled as he asked if I had any advice or protocols for diminishing jet lag.  I just smiled and got him a package that contained a gold and a silver reflexology rings that I put together and handed to him.  I instructed him to roll the ring up and down each of his fingers once every hour to hour and a half of his flights.  This is a method of keeping the body updated for crossing changing time zones. When the body is in the updated status, jet lag no longer exists.  I asked him to call me when he got back to let me know how it worked.

He called to thank me on Wednesday evening from his home. His wife had met him at the door in disbelief that he was back in time for dinner and looking much better than she expected.  Not a sign of a harried exhausted husband who had accomplished an unbelievable feat.  Just her normal energetic husband who avoided jet lag with the use of a reflexology ring!
